Order Support

Shipping and Tracking

Eligible standard-size orders are delivered through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Our estimated delivery time for these orders is 1–3 business days, including processing and transit.

After shipment, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. USPS packages can be tracked through the official USPS Tracking website.

Oversized or heavy products may require freight, local delivery, or another suitable carrier. Any different delivery method, timeframe, or charge will be disclosed before purchase.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Five-Year Limited Warranty

Eligible products are covered by our five-year limited warranty against qualifying defects in materials or workmanship.
